In order to participate in the Ninety-Pound Rucksack Challenge at A-Basin, you will need to fill out the waiver via the button above.

If you plan on training at A-Basin, make sure to get your Uphill Access pass here to be included in their safety policy. The night of the challenge, participants will need to get the Uphill Access pass but fees will be waived.

Meet-Up Location Specifics

February 18, 2025

7PM Mountain Time

Please park in the lower lot (Early Rider) and meet at the Mountain Goat statue in the base area. An A-Basin employee will be present with digital waivers to make sure everyone has signed. Participants will be able to park in our paved admin lot that evening. I think the Mountain Goat statue in the base area should be a good and easy meeting location for the group – if you haven’t been to The Basin, we have a very small Base Area with just 4 buildings. The Plaza has a statue right in the center that we often use for meet ups. The uphill route is straight from the base area to the summit at the top of the Lenawee Express Lift at around 12,500 feet.
